Cellcept 500 mg Tablet contains ‘Mycophenolate mofetil’, which works by suppressing the immune system, allowing the transplanted graft to avoid rejection.

• Prevention of Organ Rejection: Cellcept 500 mg Tablet is used along with other immunosuppressants (such as corticosteroids and cyclosporine) to prevent the body from rejecting transplanted organs like the kidney, heart, or liver.
• Steroid-Sparing Agent: In some cases, Mycophenolate is used in combination with or as an alternative to corticosteroids to reduce the long-term side effects of steroid treatment in autoimmune condiions

• Cellcept 500 mg Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour or 2 hours after a meal or as directed by the doctor.
• It is usually taken twice daily at the same time each day or as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow Cellcept 500 mg Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, break it.
