Norflox-TZ RF Tablet -Strip of 10Tablet

Norflox-TZ RF Tablet is primarily used to treat diarrhoea, dysentery, and stomach infections.  Dysentery is an intestinal infection generally lasting for three to seven days, causing severe diarrhoea with blood. Diarrhoea is a condition characterised by frequent bowel movements, resulting in loose, watery stools.

Norflox-TZ RF Tablet is a combination of norfloxacin and tinidazole. Norfloxacin helps by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and, hence, killing the bacteria. Tinidazole kills parasites that cause infections by damaging their DNA.

Some side effects of Norflox-TZ RF Tablet include nausea, dryness of mouth, stomach upset, and headache.  Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Do not take Norflox-TZ RF Tablet if you are allergic to Norflox-TZ RF Tablet , tinidazole, norfloxacin, or any of its ingredients, as it can lead to abnormal neurological signs (such as dizziness, vertigo, and difficulty in controlling movements).  Norflox-TZ RF Tablet should not be taken if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Diarrhoea can cause dehydration, so please increase your fluid intake. If you have constipation or have blood in your stools, do not take Norflox-TZ RF Tablet .

• Treatment of Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs): Norflox-TZ RF Tablet is commonly prescribed for managing urinary tract infections. It helps relieve symptoms such as frequent urination, a burning sensation during urination, and lower abdominal pain.
• Management of Diarrhoea and Dysentery: Norflox-TZ RF Tablet is effective against bacterial diarrhoea and dysentery, alleviating gastrointestinal discomfort caused by bacterial infections.
• Gastrointestinal Infections: Norflox-TZ RF Tablet is useful in treating gastrointestinal conditions like traveler's diarrhea by targeting bacteria responsible for these infections.
• Prevention of Infections in Immunocompromised Individuals: Norflox-TZ RF Tablet may also be used as a preventive measure against infections in people with weakened immune systems, such as patients undergoing chemotherapy or those with HIV.
• Respiratory Tract Infections: In certain cases, Norflox-TZ RF Tablet is effective in treating both upper and lower respiratory tract infections caused by susceptible bacterial strains.
